I just wanted to let you know that July 31 will be my last day working with the website, as I transition into a different role at the college. I’m gonna miss working with Herkimer. Our college store’s website was having very poor sales and the site itself was difficult to manage.  It was cumbersome to upload information and stock availability was impossible.  After researching several companies we spoke with the team at Timber.  What a breath of fresh air it was to see what the possibilities were!  But could they deliver?  YES!  Deliver they did!!  Customer service is top notch, in fact, I would be hard pressed to name a vendor of ours who exhibits the same kind of customer service that their team delivers.  They walk you through the process, provide a timeline and deliver what was promised.  We are up and running and are already receiving orders online that I know we would have never received without partnering with Timber.  I couldn’t be happier with where we are today and am looking forward to the future.UPDATE:  We made it through our first fall term with Timber and things seemed to go pretty smoothly! We absolutely saw in increase in web orders, which is fantastic.

I am exceptionally pleased with the speed and accuracy of our website. The Herkimer crew is fantastic and had our site built quickly and were more than willing to work with the challenges presented by our buying cycle and our digital environment. Learning how to manage and maintain the website at my workplace was really daunting to me, but I was so incredibly surprised and pleased to see how personable, helpful, and knowledgeable the staff has been. Nathan stayed on the phone with me for more than an hour during a screen share session, and I learned so much!
