From the time we receive your signed Service Agreement, we typically need about six weeks to have your new site ready. At the end of the six weeks, we will schedule your training and hand-off the new site. Please keep this in mind when choosing your Anticipated Go-Live Date.
Where can we find the template for your Timber site's graphics/layout?
If you would like us to design a completely new layout for your Timber site, the cost is typically $1000-$1200.
What Payment Gateway would you like to use for processing credit cards?
If you do not have a preference -- we strongly recommend www.Authorize.net. They have excellent customer service, are easy to integrate with, and charge fees that are comparable with what most locations pay in-store.
What Web Pages would you like us to set up for you initially?
In addition to importing your products, we will create up to ten pages for you initially. Following your training, you can add as many additional pages as you need. Examples are: Store Policies, Contact, About, Faculty Info, Upcoming Events, etc...
