- Outage Protection: Timber continuously maintains a back-up of your in-store inventory, stored on your website. In the event your in-store system has an outage, your customers can still use your Web site to make purchases.
- Free Telephone Support (7 days a week): A member of our technical team is available for technical support on weekdays from 7:00am to 5:00pm (central), and on-call during evenings and weekends.
- Data Vault: Herkimer will provide a highly-secure "Data Vault" computer to you at no additional charge. The Data Vault shuttles transaction information between your in-store system and Web site, providing an additional layer of security and keeping both your customer data and in-store systems safe.
- Assistance with Setup of Authorize.net Gateway Account: A payment gateway is also required for financial transactions occurring on the Internet. (Gateways are responsible for processing your customer’s credit cards, and depositing the money in your merchant account.) As part of your Timber installation, we will facilitate setting up your gateway account with Authorize.net, the preferred vendor of Herkimer.
